U mu\u017ee nedo\u0161lo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b. \u017dena m\u00e1 ale v\u017edy n\u011bjak\u00e9 to kilo nav\u00edc, nav\u00edc se j\u00ed zm\u011bnila postava a to dok\u00e1\u017ee hodn\u011b po\u0161ramotit jej\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed.  Jak jsme ji\u017e \u0159ekli, \u017eena se po porodu nach\u00e1z\u00ed s deseti, dvaceti a mo\u017en\u00e1 i v\u00edce kilogramy naho\u0159e. To je ale tak\u00e9 \u0161patn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup. Rozhodn\u011b doporu\u010dujeme mamink\u00e1m neb\u00e1t se zm\u011bny a myslet na sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, kondici, fyzi\u010dku a celkov\u00fd vzhled. Ano, \u0161estined\u011bl\u00ed bu\u010fte v klidu a vlastn\u011b ne\u0159e\u0161te nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e Va\u0161e miminko. Po \u0161estined\u011bl\u00ed u\u017e byste se ale m\u011bly zam\u011b\u0159it na zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Ned\u011bl\u00e1te to jen pro sebe. Pokud koj\u00edte, Va\u0161e strava pln\u011b a p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje i Va\u0161e d\u00edt\u011b. Pokud nekoj\u00edte, po\u0159\u00e1d pot\u0159ebujete b\u00fdt fit a m\u00edt energii. To V\u00e1m v\u0161echno p\u0159inese zdrav\u00e1 strava. N\u011bjakou dobu po porodu a \u0161estined\u011bl\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159te na Va\u0161e stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 to chce p\u0159ij\u00edt s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm radik\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm. Pokud V\u00e1m z\u016fstala n\u011bjak\u00e1 kila naho\u0159e, mnohdy i n\u011bjak\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 kila naho\u0159e, je na \u010dase za\u010d\u00edt jednat a n\u011bco s t\u00edm ud\u011blat.  Za\u010dn\u011bte cvi\u010dit! A te\u010f se na n\u00e1s zase obr\u00e1t\u00ed spousta protest\u016f, \u017ee s mal\u00fdm d\u00edt\u011btem se p\u0159eci ned\u00e1 cvi\u010dit, \u017ee na to nen\u00ed \u010das, \u017ee na to nen\u00ed energie. Tady V\u00e1m budeme oponovat, \u010d\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe se s n\u00edm cvi\u010d\u00edm, \u010dasu m\u00e1te s mal\u00fdm d\u00edt\u011btem tak\u00e9 spousty \u2026 A \u017ee nem\u00e1te energii? To je pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee nem\u00e1te pravideln\u00fd pohyb. Je\u0161t\u011b s ko\u010d\u00e1rkem rozhodn\u011b doporu\u010dujeme ch\u016fzi. D\u00e1 se takto nachodit denn\u011b okolo dvaceti kilometr\u016f a ch\u016fze je doopravdy t\u00edm nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pohybem. Dal\u0161\u00edm pohybem, na kter\u00fd rozhodn\u011b nenajdete \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdmluvy, jsou cvi\u010den\u00ed a aktivity s d\u011btmi, kde se tak\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nad\u0159ete. M\u016f\u017eete nav\u0161t\u011bvovat r\u016fzn\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed s d\u011btmi, kde se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nam\u016f\u017eete nebo m\u016f\u017eete chodit na plav\u00e1n\u00ed s d\u011btmi, kter\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. V\u0161echny tyto aktivity (ch\u016fze, cvi\u010den\u00ed s d\u00edt\u011btem, plav\u00e1n\u00ed) V\u00e1m pomohou hubnout prvn\u00ed poporodn\u00ed kilogramy.
