The Paul Colman Concert

Forty five people from Turnov and Semily visited the Youth festival, J-Fest, held in Liberec on October 28-29, 2009.  The main event was a concert by our good friend, Paul Colman.  He stayed at the Charles IV Hotel in Turnov.  Some had an opportunity to meet and talk with him the day before his concert when he visited our Bouda (Jednota Bratrske church/ministry base).  
Paul is an Australian currently living in the USA with a huge sense for melody.  His first success came with his band, the Paul Colman Trio (PC3) which was nominated for a grammy in 2003.  From 2005-2008 he was part of the successful pop-rock band called Newsboys.  Following that he began a solo career.  In the Czech Republic he had already had two concerts, one in 2004 and the other in 2005.  For more information see www.j-fest.cz and www.paulcolman.com.
